The Ablai Khan project consists in building a multifunctional facility measuring about 47,000 sq m in Almaty in Kazakhstan. The building has 3 underground floors used as garages and 11 floors above ground where it rises to a height of about 52 m.
Different areas of the building will be used for different purposes:
– SHOPPING (shopping arcade and stores);
– OFFICES;
– HOTEL;
– APARTMENTS (private apartments);
– RECREATIVE (spa and restaurant);
