Designed by Zaha Hadid, the building is 170 metres high and extends vertically with a dynamic twisting motion which enhances the perception and views with respect to urban roads.
The building is linked to the metro station via a covered walkway. At the foot of the building is a shopping arcade, part of the CityLife shopping system. Operationally, it offers 40 floors of office space, organized into about 47 thousand square metres. Each floor, measuring approximately 1,200 square metres, has offices and elevators on the crown perimeter; meeting rooms, facilities, and technical floor premises surround the central section. The chilled beam ceiling air-conditioning system ensures high standards of environmental comfort. District heating, double skin facade cell and finishes (floors, ceilings, bandraster, etc.) provide efficient heating. The first and second basements feature areas accommodating the service rooms of the building. The building has a single-floor underground private car park able to accommodate 390 vehicles.
